Fixing agent could form firm membrane on green glaze surface,prevent the glaze from sticking to the screen,therefore screen printing could be applied once the tile body finish application of engobe,improve printing quality,decorative effect and production efficiency.Moreover,the fixing agent will be burned out in 300℃ without leaving any carbon deposit,won’t cause any defect on the glaze surface.

III.Product Application：

1. GA-2212/15 suitable for environmental temperature above 15 ℃.

2. As colour fixative,can form protecting membrane on the glaze surface before printing, make the printing more smoothly. 

3. As fixing agent of granular frit,spray it on the glaze surface before or after glaze application, make the granular frit fixing on the glaze or body. 

IV.Use method：

Fixing agent : water =1:15~20,mix well then apply with DISC or spray gun.

V.Storage method：Keep in sealed container, more than one year’s shelf life.
